Vibro-Strip is an elastomeric bearing system. It has a semi-cylindrical configuration which gives it very good behavior in a wide range of loading. The properly designed configuration of the two sides, they give it the possibility to be applied in parallel layers (one on top of the other or one within the other) offering greater vibration reduction.

It can also be used as an elastic buffer between structural parts of prefabs (pillars, beams, platforms, bridges, tanks etc.) offering trend smoothing. It can be easily cut in half, thanks to its special configuration.

It is an unreinforced elastomeric bearing system. Due to the characteristic cross-sectional profile, it is also suitable as a rubber bearing for structural parts.

Minimum natural frequency in a single layer (fn) = 30 Hz in single layer vertical loading.
